The MechanicAdvisor Campaign Tools allow you to send automatic emails, text messages, and postcards to your customers. This tutorial will show you how to set up and manage the campaigns directed at NEW customers. It is designed to target them differently than existing customers. 

First, make sure you are logged in to your MechanicAdvisor Shop Management System. 

  1. On the left hand menu, click on the "CAMPAIGNS" button. 
  2. There will be three columns in front of you: "New Customers", "Repeat Customers", and "Custom Campaigns". Click on "MANAGE NEW CUSTOMERS" button. 
  3.  This will bring you to a page to set up and adjust when these notifications will be sent out. You can customize the days after the visit they will be sent, and the delivery attempt method. 
  4. When you are done adjusting these, click on "SUBMIT YOUR LOYALTY CAMPAIGNS" at the bottom. 

***Remember*** This will only impact the qualification, cadence, and delivery attempts for NEW CUSTOMERS. To adjust campaigns for existing customers, or to change the message/email/media that they will receive, you will have to go to a different tab.
