One of the great features of our text messaging and email platform is the ability to schedule messages for future dates. This is a great way to schedule custom reminders to customers while they are still in the shop. If a customer tells you he will be back in three weeks, set a reminder to go out and make sure he really does come back.

Scheduling  a message is easy. Simply go to the customer page of the customer you want to message, select email or text message, write your message in the message box and click schedule button. Pick the date that you want the message to be sent and we will do the rest.

To view all you scheduled messages, go to the 'Messages' tab in the left nav, select text messages or email and within the mailbox filter by 'Scheduled'
